Tour overview
A relaxed seven-day loop from Casablanca through Morocco’s imperial cities. After the Hassan II Mosque and Rabat, you visit the Roman ruins of Volubilis, holy Moulay Idriss and Meknes on the way to Fez, then spend a full day in the Fez medina with a local guide. You cross the Middle Atlas to Marrakech for a guided city tour and an afternoon on Jemaa el-Fna, before returning to Casablanca.

Day-by-day itinerary
Day 1: Casablanca – Rabat
Your driver meets you at the airport and takes you to the Hassan II Mosque. You then continue to Rabat, Morocco’s administrative and political capital, and check in to your hotel.
Overnight: Rabat
Day 2: Rabat – Meknes – Fez
After breakfast, a short tour of Rabat takes in the Hassan Tower and the Mausoleum of Mohammed V. You then head for Fez by way of the holy town of Moulay Idriss and the Roman ruins of Volubilis, before stopping in Meknes, known as the “Versailles of Morocco”. Lunch is in Volubilis or Meknes. Arrival at your hotel or riad in Fez.

Day 3: Fez (guided tour)
Spend the day exploring the old medina of Fez on foot with an English-speaking guide. You will see Bab Boujloud, the tanneries, the Bou Inania madrasa, Moorish architecture and the Nejjarine quarter. This is a full day of walking, so wear comfortable clothes and shoes.
Overnight: Fez
Day 4: Fez – Beni Mellal – Marrakech
After breakfast, set off for Marrakech through Imouzzer Kandar and Azrou and the forested mountains of the Middle Atlas. Lunch in Beni Mellal, then continue to your riad in Marrakech.

Day 5: Marrakech (guided tour)
After breakfast, a guide shows you the old city of Marrakech, the “Pearl of the South”: the Bahia Palace, the Menara Gardens, the Saadian Tombs and the Koutoubia Mosque. After lunch, explore the lively Jemaa el-Fna square and the souks of the medina.
Overnight: Marrakech
Day 6: Marrakech – Casablanca
Free morning in Marrakech. In the afternoon, drive back to Casablanca via Settat and check in to your hotel or riad.

Day 7: Casablanca – Airport
After breakfast, transfer to Mohammed V International Airport. Depending on your flight time, you can visit Casablanca in the morning.
